Admin & Advertising Sales Support – Part-time, Gore
Allied Press is looking for a motivated and organised Admin & Sales Support person to join our team. This part-time role (up to 27.5 hours per week) is based in our Gore office and provides high-quality, responsive administrative support to our advertising sales team.
In this role, you’ll deliver a high-quality service to both the team and their clients, responding to enquiries from various sources. You’ll also manage a wide range of administrative tasks across our print and digital platforms, including The Ensign, Southern Rural Life, Otago Daily Times, and odt.co.nz.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
· Experience in a reception or office administration role
· Strong customer service skills, a willingness to go the extra mile
· A good level of computer skills, experience with MS office is essential
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Able to manage multiple tasks, work to deadlines and prioritise effectively
